Less than half from Safelite quote and would rather support our locally owned shops. I'll be bringing my other vehicle in soon.

Not only that, his prices are as good or better than anyone else because he is not paying for all that expensive TV advertising. Word of mouth is all he needs. “Brought our two Camrys to have their windshields replaced. Mr. Donovan was so warm, easy and wonderful to deal with. Funny, too. He gave us a good price for each and got both done in a day. Thanks to him and his staff, we are safer traveling our highways with new windshields. Passed on his calling card to friends and family. If we need to again, we will definitely go back to Auto Glass Masters in San Jose.”

“Someone knocked out the right rear vent window. Went online and found Autoglass Masters. Bill asked if the damaged window rolled down, I say "YES". Bill gave me a quote over the phone and we were off and running. OOPS, vent windows don't even open let alone roll down. He smiled and advised they'd have it fixed in no time. He ordered the new glass and within 15 minutes of the glass arriving, I was on my way. I cannot compliment Bill and his staff enough. They were kind, courteous, thoughtful, helpful and very informative. I hope I won't need his services again soon; but if I or any of my friends need auto glass assistance, I am going to send them to Bill - the AutoGLASS Master. Thank you again.”

“First and foremost the folks who work here are very friendly and reassuring. They did a great job replacing my rear passenger window on my Lexus 2015 CT200H and cleaning up any glass shards that fell into the crevice of the window slot and interior. Overall I would highly recommend this place.”

“Bill does a amazing job on every vehicle that is brought in and taken out. He completely cleans all of the cars glass free installs the new glass perfect. If you ever have broken glass on your vehicle this is the place that you must bring it to.”

“I had window break on my commute. I spoke to my insurance and their recommended service quoted a repair that would take 4-5 days at a very high price. I searched for alternatives and found Autoglass Masters. Bill was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone and quoted me a price around 1/2 what the insurance companies preferred vendor quoted.

I dropped off my car and the repair was completed in just a few hours. Autoglass Masters' wonderful customer service and attention to detail made the best of a day that started out pretty poorly.

I hope I don't need a window replaced again anytime soon, but if I do I know 100% where I will be going.

“Bill - I was so distraught when I saw my windshield had been damaged at the end of the workday, and so stressed when I learned the local office of the national auto glass chain had no appointments for 2 weeks. Then I found Autoglass Masters in a google search!! You answered the phone and you made my sense of urgency your own. You scheduled installation of my new windshield for the next morning. My insurance company called your office and handled the glass claim, no deductible! The neighborhood Enterprise rental picked me up at your shop so that I could continue on my day (though your work was so prompt I probably could have gone without it). “Best price I found to fix my passenger vent glass. Super fast, nice job, cleaned off my tape residue, and even vacuumed my carpets! Bill kept chatting with me the whole time and was super welcoming and friendly. Didn't talk to the other staff much, but they were professional when I did! “My car was broken into one night about a week ago, and the next morning I was having a hard time finding an auto glass place that could fit me in before work. First these guys (understandably) said they were booked. I asked if I could just get the glass from them and do it myself, and they agreed. When I came to pick it up, they said they'd had a no show and could squeeze me in if I wanted. The glass wasn't in yet but they brought my car back to vacuum and get a head start so I could get to work on time. As a bonus the whole service ended up being less than all the other quotes I had gotten that morning. In addition to being so accommodating and efficient, everyone was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Auto glass Masters!”
